Amateur Radio 630-meter Band
|
The U.S. FCC has proposed to allocate the 472-479 kHz band to the amateur radio service on a secondary basis, in accordance with actions taken at WRC-12. The FCC's WRC-12 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeks comment on this proposed allocation and on sharing this band between amateur radio and Power Line Communications (PLC) systems, that operate throughout 9-490 kHz.
