Amateur Radio 17 m Band

According to the ITU, "[this] band is used as an alternative to 14 MHz which is often congested with traffic."
In the U.S., the ARRL has established the following band plan. The band plan may apply in other countries as well:
Frequency(kHz): Use
18100 - 18105: RTTY
18105 - 18110: Packet
Although the band is also allocated to the amateur-satellite service, there is presently no known amateur satellite use of this band.
